Alumasc’s Swistherm External Wall Insulation System can be used for both refurbishment and new build projects and is BBA approved and certified by the Energy Savings Trust. A choice of high-performance Render Finishes can be used with the system, and/or the Acrylic Brick Slips used on La Collette.
Mark Gibbs, Technical Director for Alumasc Facades comments:
“We congratulate Morris Architects for yet another highly successful scheme. I am delighted that Alumasc contributed to this by providing technical advice and supplying our Swistherm External Wall Insulation system which not only increased the thermal performance of the building but also offered a total refurbishment of the existing facade.
We look forward to working on future schemes in Jersey with the practice, continuing to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings and transforming their exterior appearance”.
